Mr. Hernandez

Welcome to

Mr. Hernandez's Class

What to Expect

My goal for our class is to create a safe and dynamic learning environment in which all students feel comfortable and motivated to achieve their best. I will utilize a variety of strategies and methods to ensure each student has the best opportunity to learn and I will differentiate instruction in order to tap into all types of learning styles.

Meet Mr. Hernandez

I am very excited about beginning the upcoming school year, which will be my twelfth at Quogue Elementary School. After graduating from Western New England College in 2008, I went on to teach Public Speaking and Current Issues at Hampton Bays Middle School. In 2009, I began teaching at the Riverhead Charter School in nearby Calverton, New York, where I taught 5th Grade for three years. In May of 2012, I completed graduate school at St. Joseph's College in Patchogue where I earned my Master's Degree in Childhood Special Education.
