Asbestos Management Plan
In accordance with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), 40 CFR Part 763, the Quogue Union Free School District maintains an up-to-date record of all asbestos-containing materials located within the District’s facilities. This information is detailed in the District’s Asbestos Management Plan, which is regularly reviewed and updated in compliance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations.
