Dignity for All Students Act (DASA)
The Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) prohibits discrimination and harassment based on a student’s actual or perceived race, color, weight, national origin, ethnic group, religion, religious practice, disability, sexual orientation, and gender (including gender identity or expression) by school employees or students on school grounds or at school functions.
