NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OF THE QUOGUE UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT
SUFFOLK COUNTY, NEW YORK

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held in accordance with
General Municipal Law Section 6-d on March 10, 2026, in the Quogue School Library at
10 Edgewood Road, Quogue, New York, beginning at 7:10 p.m. for:

A) Discussion of appropriation of $135,000 from the District’s Repair Reserve Fund created in
1993 and the 2017 Repair Reserve Funds for the purpose of repairing:

1. Basketball Court: settled pavement, court recoating, and line repainting due to ground
settling at a cost of $15,000
2. Tree Removal: removal of overgrown and dead trees along the back field: $20,000.
3. Roof: repair of roof, snow guards, and gutters $100,000

B) Public input regarding the appropriation referenced above; and

C) Board of Education comments and discussion regarding the appropriation
referenced above.
