NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OF THE QUOGUE UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NEW YORK

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held in accordance with General Municipal Law Section 6-d on April 16, 2024 in the Quogue Elementary School at 10 Edgewood Road, Quogue, New York,

beginning at 7:10 p.m. for:

A) Discussion of appropriation of an amount not to exceed $150,000 from the District’s Repair Reserve Fund for the purpose of;

1. Septic system repairs

2. Repairs in conjunction with the playground project

B) Public input regarding the appropriation referenced above; and

C) Board of Education comments and discussion regarding the appropriation referenced above.
